• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation after payment with your project start date and next steps.

• Service Activation/Delivery:

  • Standard packages: kickoff within 24–48 business hours after payment and receipt of required materials.

  • Custom projects: timelines are shared in your proposal/SOW.

  • Deliverables are shared via email, client portal, or shared drive links.

• No Shipping Fees (Digital): There are no shipping charges for digital services.

• Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate contact details and required assets on time; delays in assets may extend delivery timelines.

• Failed/Delayed Delivery: If our email bounces or files can’t be accessed, contact us and we’ll resend via an alternative method.

• Physical Items (if any): On rare occasions (e.g., printed materials/merch), we ship via reputable couriers within India in 3–7 business days. Charges are shown at checkout; tracking will be provided. International shipments may incur duties/taxes payable by the customer.
